If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will reprint your order for you or give you your money back.
If you are not happy with the quality:
If the quality of your order does not meet your expectations (onlinephotolab.ca is not responsible for poor quality resulting from the use of a low-resolution image for your order(s)), Send us the items you are not happy with, we will either reprint your pictures or refund your money.
Please include the following:
• The pictures that you are not happy with
• A copy of your receipt that was email to you
• A description of the problem in your package.
• Please let us know whether you would like us to reprint the order or have it refunded.


What if the error is from our side?
If we missed an item in your mailed order, or printed the wrong item, please email us at service@onlinephotolab.ca. Describe the nature of the problem in your email along with attached copy of your conformation email that was email to you. We will reprint your order and mail it to you free of charge.

Our guarantee does not apply to issues described below:
• Onlinephotolab.ca is not responsible for any accuracy, spelling, or punctuation mistakes on the customer's part (spelling errors and mistakes that are made by customers are not subject for reprint or refund). Please be sure to preview the contents. Onlinephotolab.ca does not and will not check (or correct) any such mistakes.
• Onlinephotolab.ca is also not responsible for poor quality (low-resolution) from the use of a low-resolution electronic image for your order(s).
